Welcome to pumprental.com
All Rain for Rent pumps have an end suction centrifugal pump with a
fully automatic priming system incorporated into the design. This enables
the pump to self-prime from completely dry conditions, even with extended
suction lines. Liquid is not required to prime the pump, and therefore, in
temporary dry conditions, the pump will 'snore' until such time as liquid
is available. To see some of our innovative solutions, visit our
Solution Successes on the web.
Standard Duty Pumps
Rain
for Rent's Power
Prime™ Standard Duty pumps are the workhorse of the rental fleet and range in size from 3" to 12" and provide 625 GPM to 6,900 GPM
flows. These pumps are end suction centrifugal pumps with a fully
automatic priming system built into the design. This enables the pump to
self-prime from completely dry conditions, even with extended suction
lines. With a pneumatic ejector mounted above the air/water separation
tank, suction lifts up to 28ft. (8.5m) can be achieved.
The pumps can handle raw unscreened sewage, trade effluents,
thick slurries and solids from 1.5” (38mm) to 3.5" (90mm) in diameter.
High Head Pumps

Rain
for Rent's Power
Prime™ High Head pumps are end
suction centrifugal pumps with a fully automatic priming system built
into the design. This enables the pump to self-prime from completely dry
conditions, even with extended suction lines. With a pneumatic ejector
mounted above the air/water separation tank, suction lifts up to 28ft.
(8.5m) can be achieved.
The pumps can handle raw unscreened sewage, trade effluents,
thick slurries and solids from 1.0” (35mm) to 2" (55mm) in diameter.
Electric Pumps

Rain for Rent's Power Prime™ Standard Duty pumps can be fitted with
diesel or electric engines and range in size from 3" to 12" and
provide 680 GPM to 5,000 GPM
Sound Attenuated Pumps

Rain
for Rent's Sound Attenuated Standard Duty pumps boast quiet operation
with noise levels as low as 72 dB(A)
at 7m (23ft) and range in size from 4" to 12" and provide 800 GPM
to 5,000 GPM
Submersible & Others

Rain for Rent's submersible pump is a hydraulically driven
submersible single stage end suction pump designed to handle unscreened
sewage, trade effluents, thick slurries and solids. The submerged trash
pump is close coupled to the hydraulic drive pump. Fluid motive power is
provided from the hydraulic drive system which is powered by a sound
attenuated diesel engine or an electric motor.
The Flygt line comes in various electrical configurations, has run dry
capability and comes in a wide selection of sizes. The Hydra-Tech line
comes in various diesel configurations, have variable speed, oil
lubricated seals, run dry capability and have safe hydraulic drive for
use where electric power is hazardous or impractical. Air Diaphragm
pumps come in 2" and 3" units with heavy-duty construction of
aluminum, stainless steel, and polypropylene with a wide selection of
elastomers.
